Well,it has been a while since I have updated. School ended yesterday, and my first day of work is tomorrow. I just wanted to say that now that summer is here I will have much more time for photography. This summer I look forward to using my lensbaby. I haven't had much time for it this school year. This summer I am going to continue the "Where I Live" series. I also might start doing portraits of friends and family. not sure about that one though. I will be going to the Ozarks in two weeks and to a youth conference in St.Louis in July so I look forward to taking pics there. Thats about it for this summer. Peace!

Today I want out to the camera store and got myself a lensbaby [link] composer and a canon wireless remote RC-1.
I will soon be getting a macro attachment for my lensbaby and possibly a creative aperture set.

My subcription has run out now there are these anoying adds everywhere, and i cant view 120 per page, which were my favorite features >(

I am finally making a journal about my trip. Lets find out how well my memory serves. Here I go...

Ok, where to start?
July 28th, evening time. I start getting packed for the trip the following day, i started at 8 or so and was done at like 9. That night I didn't sleep cuz i had to leave real early in the morning, like 4:30 or so.

July 29th(probably gonna be the longest day), So come 4:30 my aunt came and picked me up and we drive on down to the local train station. its about 5:00 am when we get there, we unpack all our stuff from the car and head in. When we get in my aunt goes to pick up our tickets which she preordered and we find out that there was a train derailment somewhere in Iowa...fun. The guy at the ticket counter says there will be a bus coming to get us at 8. Then we re-pack the things in the car and head to my aunts house. come 7:15 am we head back out and wait at the station or the bus. the bus finally gets there...at 9am. there are about 4 of them and we are told to get on bus number 2. when we find number 2 we ask to make sure this is the right one and we re told to get on bus 3. When we find bus 3 we ask again to be sure then he says you need bus 4. so we tell the head-bus-guy and all the workers huddle up and start rearranging the freaking numbers! we find out we are supposed to be on bus 2 and we double check, this is the right buss after all! we put our stuff in the buss and sit down, i was by my cousin and across from me was my was my aunt, next to her was by baby cousin. By the time the buss is loaded and we head out it is about 9:45 am. The bus starts to pull out of the station and around a corner and all the sudden freezing cold water starts pouring from the AC unit above my baby cousin, luckily my aunt was holding him at the time. they are forced to move back a few rows, About 10 minutes into the ride the leaking stops, and about 30 minutes after that, when the seat was dry, i moved over and had the row to myself . the rest of the 8 hour bus ride was uneventful and boring, though the bus was quite comfortable and I had a lot of leg-room.at about 4 or 5 we mad it to Chicago which was our first stop. we entered into the train-station and found out one family who was on the bus lost their baggage because of the initial bus confusion. I will finish the train section tomorrow.
